The goal of this project was to design an infographic worth posting on social media in an attempt to drive engagement from random users. I chose to do my infographic on the wildfires burning in Australia, and the havoc they’re wreaking on the whole country. I chose this topic because it was recently a very hot topic (pun intended), there was lots of data available, and as someone who cares about nature and the environment, this enrages me.
The majority of the fires have gone out by now, but there were a lot of people and animals that were directly affected by the fires, so if you’re feeling generous, there are many organizations that would benefit from a donation. Anything helps!
